Prior to initiation we agree upon the engagement terms and issue the Engagement Letter and Project Charter; and then scope out the work. The core Management programmes typically run over a 12 month engagement cycle and the Advanced Leadership programmes may vary per client demands and pre-defined engagement scopes. Our Terms of Reference will provide a clear breakdown of timeframes. We work on a chargeable monthly/quarterly fixed fee structure and not on a billable hourly basis so our remuneration is directly aligned to work delivery. Engagement is subject to our client onboarding processes and KYC checks.
