Love Vivacity are committed to Sustainability in-order to meet the needs of our clients without compromising the ability of the next generation.
Sustainability, The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, Triple and Quadruple Bottom Line are fundamental elements which form the basis of our business activity as a UK entity.
Scope.
Love Vivacity aims to provide an effective framework for realising our commitment to creating a sustainable society by protecting and where possible enhancing our social, environmental and economic impacts, preventing pollution, reducing social inequality and driving sustainable economic development as part of a transition to a net-zero carbon future.
Our approach applies to our Love Vivacity leadership, employees, contractors and interested parties who undertake activity for and work on behalf of Love Vivacity. It applies to our product and service offerings, our organisational operating framework and the product and services we purchase from suppliers. We are committed to creating a sustainable society and green conscious Planet Earth hence actively managing our operations in a manner that balances our People, Planet, Profit and Purpose objectives.
To ensure we practice this sustainability philosophy we have taken considerations and embedded various business processes, systems, controls, policies and procedures in our business operations. These have been implemented collectively and are reviewed regularly in order to deliver the objectives of our Sustainability frameworks.
Summary.
Love Vivacity is an innovative sustainability management consulting firm where our company Board of Directors are responsible for ensuring Sustainability objectives are adhered to.
In recognising this, we are committed to contributing to a more sustainable society and to continually improve the positive impacts we make by:
ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards, and the expectations of our customers and other key stakeholders;
ensuring our systems and procedures prevent pollution, and minimise resource consumption;
ensuring our employees and suppliers are able and are encouraged to support our sustainability commitments;
ensuring we continue to develop services which meet the needs of those customers who are often less able to participate in mainstream services; and
ensuring we continually review how we can make improvements to our sustainability performance.
In order for us to realise these commitments, sustainability performance is driven by our leadership through our:

Equality and Diversity policy and positive about disability status we are committed to action on equal opportunities;
Travel Policy which encourages journey planning, use of alternative modes of transport, limits CO2 emissions from company cars and operates a Cycle to Work scheme;
Information Technology & Telecommunications Disposal Policy which covers reuse, recycling and the associated data security issues;
Environmental Policy which covers energy, waste and paper usage;
Fair and flexible Work From Home Policy based on business demands;
Monitoring and reporting of our CO2 emissions; and
Inclusion of Social Value requirements into our procurement policy.
To realise our sustainability objectives Love Vivacity both recognises the need for and is committed to communicating these objectives to our stakeholders. This is achieved via our procurement processes, and our existing communication channels to clients, suppliers and employees.
This Sustainability policy is effective from 1 January 2024.
