Our Story.
Originating from the City of London’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets sphere, our non-linear journey started with the realization that organizations needed to be enveloped with more human-centric values. Subsequently after nearly two decades of experience we realized that the problem is actually a wider societal concern impacting both humanity and nature.
The coronavirus outbreak made us realize the clear dependency upon nature and it’s interwovenness with human health and wellness. It prompted us to ask difficult questions around the recognition and treatment of natural capital, climate risks and human survival matters, both on and off the balance sheet. We realized new models on exploring, understanding and implementing sustainability were required.
Developing upon our realizations with ongoing creative sustainability insights development, extensive research into sustainability practices with market practitioners, deep-analysis into 100+ leading companies and dialogue with 20+ leading CSO’s our firm Love Vivacity was formed. Subsequently, we have kept continuing our research into leading developments, market practices, international sustainability standards and reporting frameworks. Trushar Patel
Trushar is our Founder and CEO who heads up our Sustainability engagements. He is our Sustainability Thought Leader who loves to talk on the subject.
Trushar is a Senior Management Consultant + Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with a wealth of cross-asset experience from nine leading Investment Banks.
Across two decades he’s worked on numerous projects and roles at UBS, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, RBS, Barclays Capital, HSBC, NatWest Markets and Lehman Brothers.
He’s also worked for Aon and Deloitte, earned a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham and MSc from the University of London.
His interests include natural health, nutrition & wellness; arts & culture; traditional yoga & meditation; and reflecting around oceans, rivers & nature.

Bijal Shah
Bijal is our Climate Storyteller, Literature and Narrative Expert.
Bijal is the Founder of Book Therapy (a bibliotherapy and personalised reading service) as well as an Author, Bibliotherapist and Literary Curator.
Previously she spent 13 years working in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital. She is a Qualified Accountant, Author and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.

Budha Bhattacharya
Budha is our Industry Expert who also heads up Systematic Research at Lombard Odier Asset Management. Budha is an ex-Chief Product Officer from KPMG where he managed specialist impact metrics and climate risk product offerings.
Budha has advised numerous Investment Banks in consulting capacities and managed global programmes.
Budha holds a PhD in Quantitative Finance from UCL and earned an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Dharanish is our Technology Analyst who helps us analyse large volumes of information with human intelligence.
Dharanish has earned a MBA from the University of Northampton and has worked for a Global 500 company.
Dharanish also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Mumbai and has a deep passion for Sustainability and Cybersecurity.

Dr. Abhijit Mandal
Abhijit is our Senior Advisor and Strategic Leadership specialist. He combines modelling skills with management science and has numerous research interests.
Dr. Abhijit Mandal is a visiting Senior Lecturer at London Business School and a Mentor to many City professionals.
Abhijit earned a MBA from Yale University, a member of the American Ivy League collegiate. He also holds a PhD in Strategic Management from London Business School.
