Our Story.

Originating from the City of London’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets industry our non-linear journey started with the realization that organizations needed to be enveloped with more human-centric values. Subsequently after nearly two decades of experience we realized that the problem is actually a wider holistic concern impacting health, society and nature.
The coronavirus outbreak made us realize the clear dependency upon nature and it’s interwovenness with health and wellness. It prompted us to ask difficult questions around the recognition and treatment of natural capital, climate risks and human survival matters, both on and off the balance sheet. We realized new models on exploring, understanding and implementing sustainability were required. Developing upon our realizations our offerings were conceptualized and our firm was formed.

Our name.

Our company works with “Love” as we feel it’s the finest attribute inspiring human behavioural change and a critical bond sparking the cause-and-effect relationship for significant human pursuits.
Our company also works with “Vivacity” as we feel organizational change should be exciting for all stakeholders. It’s our collaborative and channelised effort to unearth a collective team spirit and inspire self-realization.
Vivacity, like the English word “Vital” or French word “Vivre” originates from the Latin “Vivacitas”, meaning life-force energy or vital principle. It’s also known as “Prāna” in Yoga philosophy.

Our Team.

Trushar Patel

Trushar is our Managing Director inspiring our engagements. He holds 20 years experience in Finance and Consulting from leading Investment Banks and Advisory firms. Organizations include: UBS, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, RBS, Barclays, HSBC, NatWest Markets, Lehman Brothers, Aon and Deloitte.
Trushar is a Fellow Qualified Accountant, holds a MSc in Professional Accountancy (University of London) and BSc (Hons) in Computer Science (University of Nottingham).
Trushar loves deep contemplative moments in nature, practicing traditional Yoga and has committed to lifelong self-development.
Bijal Shah

Bijal is our Climate Storyteller, Literature and Narrative Expert.
Bijal is the Founder of Book Therapy (a bibliotherapy and personalised reading service) as well as an Author, Bibliotherapist and Literary Curator.
Previously Bijal spent 13 years working in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and Barclays. Bijal is a Qualified Accountant, Author and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.
Budha Bhattacharya

Budha is our Industry Expert who also heads up Systematic Research at Lombard Odier Asset Management. Budha was a Chief Product Officer at KPMG where he managed specialist impact metrics and climate risk product offerings.
Budha has advised numerous Investment Banks in consulting capacities and managed an array of global projects.
Budha holds a PhD in Quantitative Finance from UCL and earned an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Dharanish Rao

Dharanish is our Technical Analyst who assists us analyze large volumes of data and supports our IT needs.
Dharanish has earned a MBA from the University of Northampton.
Dharanish also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Mumbai and has a predilection for Sustainability and Cybersecurity.
Dr. Abhijit Mandal

Dr. Mandal is our Senior Advisor and Strategic management specialist. Dr. Mandal combines modelling skills with management science and has numerous research interests.
Dr. Mandal is a visiting Senior Lecturer at London Business School and seasonal academic research professional.
Dr. Mandal earned a MBA from Yale University, a PhD in Strategic Management from London Business School and a Chemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Abhijit is also a Sanskrit Teacher, a classical language with grammatical structures often cited as the world’s first formal algorithm and ideal language for Knowledge Representation.
